They are severely understaffed. A basically empty restaurant still took 15 minutes to get seated. They have lunch options but the portions would barely be appetizers at other restaurants. Everything tastes basically good but I would love it if they would cook this pastas al Dente.

We came to The Cheesecake Factory after we went to the Juneteenth event, Freedom Town for dinner. We made a reservation for 4:30pm. We only waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. Overall, our experience was great. It was our first time going to this restaurant. Two things happened I ordered the avocado eggrolls, which looked fantastic, but when my plate set on the table, I noticed someone’s hair was in it. I knew it wasn’t mine because I have very, very natural curly dark brown hair. This was a straight black hair about 2 inches long that wasn’t just on my plate, but was on the egg rolls. I told my server and she gave me a brand new plate. Everything was going fantastic except for that mishap, but then the bill came and I noticed on my bill it said I’d ordered 2 plates of avocado egg rolls. I was only comp for 1 plate on eggrolls. The problem is if I only ordered one and it was brought to me with a hair on it they make me another one shouldn’t that still be considered the first plate not the second one because y’all messed up the first one, so if you’d you would’ve just comp me my first plate then the plate would’ve been free. Had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory! The Korean Fried Cauliflower was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and definitely my favorite dish. I also tried the chicken pasta. It looked amazing with the beautiful presentation and garnishing, although the taste was just okay for me personally. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a great overall dining environment. The service was good, and I enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Next time, I’m looking forward to trying a different dish from their huge menu!

I rarely give 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 but this place definitely deserves it. The food was definitely delicious! 😁 The rigatoni 🍝 with vodka sauce was amazing! The crab 🦀 dip was amazing although i didn't see that many artichokes in there! alcoholic drinks 🍷🍸 were delicious. They were very accommodating with special requests. Add shrimp? 🍤 No problem! The space is beautiful. I couldn't stop staring at the ceiling. The staff was definitely attentive.

The tables for 2 is way too small, in my opinion. While our server was nice, I felt like he had too many people to serve. Refills took a while to get around to. The food was subpar. Parking is horrible because it's at the mall, obviously. I had the cajun tomato noodle dish and I was expecting to taste cajun. Was not there at all. All I tasted was the tomato. Don't waste your money. My husband had a burger. He said it was ok but could have been better. The side salad was pretty expensive and didn't taste good either.
